Hill was charged when he was 14 years old with first-degree murder

I have a very, very bad feeling about all this.......

Cumbaya my lord, Cumbaya...

Yeah, this is going to have a real positive effect on Mr. Pachino.

Judges really need to be assessed for mental illness every year they sit on the bench.

...and sentenced to 15 years in prison, which he obviously was not required to serve or all his subsequent victims would have been spared. The lesson the courts have taught this guy over and over is: you can get away with crime, and now they are telling him that again. A hardened criminal since age 14, where is the obligation of this judge to protect society? This is not a man to take any more chances with.

“Let’s give it a shot,” Dalton said of the counseling program plan presented to her by Hill’s attorney, Brenda Drew-Peeples, and supported by Rogers Kirk, pastor at Third Missionary. “I’m all about one more chance.”

Breathtakingly liberal; breathtakingly STUPID. May his next victim's family come calling on the judge.

Not a ping request but look at the number of firearms violations this berk skated on. He is the poster child for Florida’s 10-20-life law and life is what he’d be serving by now in the Sunshine State. Do you think any gun law matters one whit to Pachino? Absolutely not! Yet his criminal activity is the justification gun-grabbers use to take away OUR RKBA. Mark this case down for the top 10 list of idiotic declarations from the bench in 2008.

“One day after being required to attend church for leading police on a chase through Rock Island and Davenport, Pachino Hill failed to appear in court for another hearing Thursday.

Hill, 29, had a plea hearing scheduled in Rock Island County Circuit Court on charges stemming from the same chase for which he was sentenced Wednesday in Scott County.”

A bullet in the skull and THEN church.....will these judges never learn?

Update...Hill’s latest arrest — This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. More violence by this thug, and he’s only being charged with violation of probation (pertaining to a previous ‘driving while suspended’ violation). PLUS he doesn’t have to report to jail for 1 week so he can get his affairs in order. I’m truly at a loss for words.
