Blood Wings?...heh heh heh...I got mine in '68. Don't think they are "allowed" to do that anymore. Also did a shot of whiskey at each station along the way. It just ain't the same as it used to be.

Welcome to the club. You done good. Benning was a stopover in ‘67 on my way to VN. As a USAF Zoomie puke, I (we, there were 16 AF) of course took a lot of abuse from the instructors and jumpmasters, but after we got tacked (blood wings) they made us feel like one of their own. From one ‘Five Jump Chump’ to another. “Airborne All the Way”. My deep respect for your deication.
