Well, I would save the innocent babies. Other than that? Gay men? If they don’t care about their health, why should I? Why should I subsidize their lifestyle and medical treatment? Why should ANY American feel s/he has to pay for the HIV treatment of, say, an African Yassir Arafat? Why should bug chasers and bathhouse buddies expect a sinecure and free medical?
Innocent babies—yes. All others? Questionable.
