This guy must be a lurker. He has the standard insults down—”hate,” “Neanderthals,” “galoots,” “silly,” etc.

How come no one, not even an ostensibly professional writer, can tell me why I should vote for McCain without insulting me repeatedly?

We must talk religion!

Obama follows his preacher Wright

McCain follows his preacher Juan Hernandez!!

Take your pick, pick your poison!!

This thread is what I would describe as a “target rich environment.”

:-)

I’ll have to come back and shoot some of the fish in a barrel shortly...

Any true conservative will support Mccain without condition.

This one won't, under any condition.

Now what?

Your sentence is completely unprincipled, in the strictest, most explicit, sense.

If the ship is indeed sinking, I’d prefer to jump on a lifeboat. Since there is no lifeboat available, grab a lifesaver— or would you rather hold on to the anchor?

We're free Americans. We'll build an aircraft carrier.

The lifeboat is Mccain...the only one that is left.

McCain is a leaky dinghy.

Totally unsuited to the war for our republic that looms ahead.

“This one won’t, under any condition.

Now what?”

So what a true conservative like you will do then? I have heard enough people like you won’t do this and that.

“YOU are NOT the arbiter of true conservatism. And voting for John McCain is NOT the litmus test.”

Yuo, I am not the arbiter of true conservatism, but voting for John Mccain IS the litmus test of who is a conservative or not, especially when you aren’t offering any alternative choice.

Bullshit. That's why there are conservative third party candidates. The Constitution Party is far more conservative than the GOP at this point. There's your alternative choice.

Dude, lets talke about reality here, okay? Those so called third party candidates(their names I don’t even bother to learn)are practically not electable at all.

Thank you for the great opinion post, I agree with him entirely.

I for one won't kick our troops in the teeth by helping to hand the White House to Obama-Clinton in a pious snit.

I was suckered into that with Perot years ago when I was an politically naive fool listening to other fools snarling the “Bush is NO CONSERVATIVE and we have to teach the GOP a LESSON!”. We gift-wrapped the White House for Clinton. The scenario and rhetoric is exactly the same but with infinitely more at risk for our troops and America this time should we make the same arrogant, bone-headed mistake.

.

What will I do?

Make sure there’s a conservative choice on the ballot in November.

What will you do?

From your posts it seems apparent. Support a liberal, with no regard to principle.

"First, you have to hope that, with a sagging economy, gas at $3.40 a gallon, and the constant threat of Islamic terrorism, things will get even worse for America." This guy is an unpatriotic jackass doom and gloomer.

Not voting is a vote for the leftist battleaxe or the Islamic sleeper.

I am so tired of that line. Voting for McCain insures the completion of the NAW, killing off of the US auto makers, selling our soul to Hispanic invaders and a long laundry list of other things. The only thing left is the matter of how conservatives will be executed. I will go out with my head high knowing I did not vote for the person who ordered my execution.
