I really dislike the howling wind. I worry about what it is going to tear away.

MsBehavin, we had a friend at AIT in Georgia (1975) who was from Maine. I have to say that he made it sound so heavenly that I’ve, since, always known that I would enjoy Maine.

I’d love to see Maine, Nantucket, Kentucky, Alaska and Montana.

Great day, today. School was closed for Good Friday.

Instead, I spent almost an hour in the pediatrician's office (no big) and almost an hour on line in an Italian salumeria (all the Italians getting lots of food for the next Fri-Sat-Sun).

Relatively quiet.

No big deal. He’s been stuffy for a while, making them sniffly breathing noises on and off. He had a bloody noise the other night, and we were off today, soooooooo ... you know where I was. Thankfully the doc had hours and no one else in the office. (We waited mostly because we got there early.)

Good. I always hated the Dr’s office, I would make a fuss and my parents would have to quiet me down.

It’s about as far from California as you can get and still be in Our Great Nation! When I retire (some years from now), I may take you up on that! The pictures are beautiful; and I understand that the people are all big-hearted.

Our friend was a fisherman (He was in the Nat’l Guard and was training with us in avionics.). Are their other industries there besides fishing? (Please forgive any ignorance!!!)
