what’s in “passport data” that is kept by the state dept? Do they even have travel data? And what about this data could be interesting or divulge some secret?

Yes, electronic travel data is stored in passports. There is a scan code that has information in the passport, as well as stamps of places visited.

Are you certain of this? Is this allowed under Federal law in ordinary circumstances (that is,something not covered by terrorism laws,etc,etc)?

Yes...name...DOB....nationality...place of birth,etc.

...as well as stamps of places visited.

Yes,but except in extraordinary circumstances,is the State Dept able to (or allowed to) keep track of countries visited?

I wasn’t asking what was in it, I was answering that question by saying that we will find out as hillary and her minins leak it to the press and then bring it up over and over again as they claim to disavow it. In other words i was saying that hillarys minions stole the info kind of like the fbi files.
