Don't you think that it is more stereotyping than racism? There is no superiority implied in that statement, IMHO.

One can be racist without believing one race is superior to another if they are paintina another race with a brush they don’t deserve. For example, if a white guy said “The typical Black man would never let a white guy marry his daughter no matter how good a man that potential son-in-law was,” I would consider that racist.

It’s splitting hairs anyway. He believes and is willing to say the typical white is prejudiced, and he wants to lead a country where “typical whites” make up the majority of the population. Whether he’s a promoter of stereotypes or a racist matters little when you come right down to it.
