“inbred” fear of blackmen”
The improper use of the term “inbred” reveals Obama’s inferior intellectual capacity. Whites do not “breed” “fear of black men” into their offspring. It is not even biologically possible.
That said, “fear of black men” particularly young, unsupervised ones is a reasonable mindset. This according to decades of crime statistics sliced any way imaginable.

Obama- I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother - a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world,
but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.
Jesse Jackson- There is nothing more painful to me ... than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved. -- the Reverend Jesse Jackson, as quoted in US News, 3/10/96 (from News Busters)

He may have meant Innate fear but innate was not in his superior vocabulary.
