McCain Aide Suspended for Posting Obama/Wright Video ("I'll take the PC High Road.....regardless")
CNS NEWS ^ | March 20, 2008 | CNS NEWS

A McCain campaign aide has been suspended for posting a racially charged video using the controversial words of Sen. Barack Obama's pastor on a blog.

"We have been very clear on the type of campaign we intend to run and this staffer acted in violation of our policy. He has been reprimanded by campaign leadership and suspended from the campaign,"

"I don't think Sen. McCain wants to get in the middle of a discussion about Sen. Obama's former pastor, or his faith. He believes that people who endorse you, people who befriend you are entitled to their own views, but you are not held personally accountable."

Okay all of you Rush detractors, come out, come out, wherever you are.

In addition to advocating the benefit of trying to keep Hitlery in the race, Rush also (correctly) predicted that NO ONE, would dare critisize, much less, attack, Barack ("Peace Be Upon His Middle No Name") Obama.

Surprise, surprise!!

There is a substantial difference between piling on, which naturally, Juan should not be seen as doing, as opposed to issuing a statement to the affect that B.O.'s continued attendance at this Church, might suggest a lack in good judgment, which is a fundamental charectistic one would expect for someone who aspires to the highest office in the land.

But Nooooooooo, McLame would as soon throw one of his trusted aides under the bus (for the temerity of merely repeating what has been blasted here and yon for days) and posting this NOT on McPain's official site, but elsewhere.

Can we all begin to see what is in store for us should B.O. get the nod???

Of course, I fear that the Old Grumpy Grand-Dad may end up taking the same approach should the Beast be the Dhimmi's candidate.

“We have been very clear on the type of campaign we intend to run and this staffer acted in violation of our policy...”

Yeah, a poor campaign with no information about the cult of personality that surrounds two known Marxists.

Smart move. Let the Internet devour Obama.

In store? Obamadrama is toast in the general election. Who cares what guilt sh*t he pulls out of his sock drawer?

The Beast, OTOH, can beat McVain. I , for one, think Rush should have kept his fat mouth closed.

This is going to be like the SBVT and Bush. If McCain wins, it will be inspite of his endless reaching across the aisle to the left and refusal to even let proxies use what is available.

Sit back, enjoy watching your enemy destroy himself and keep your powder dry. McCain’s numbers are going up based on the coverage this is getting so far in the MSM.

The staffer only put what was already out there on the internet. This may actually help McCain by distancing himself from the self destructive issues of Obama.

I'm gonna side with McCain on this one.

Remember Willie Horton? That bit was initially cooked up by Al Gore during the primary but it was hung around Bush 41's man Lee Atwater in the general election.

If BHO gets taken out by this I want all fingers to point to Herself as the culprit. I don't want to give her the windfall of having the R's doing her dirty work and then beating them up for it later.

For a guy who was a fighter pilot and a POW, McCain sure is a wuss!

I agree but note that I deleted the word fat before mouth.

Perhaps, but to suspend an aide and publicly proclaim so?

Indicates a measure of weakness and fear if you aks me.

McCain might as well be condeming YouTube for hosting Wright’s speeches.

It doesnt make any difference.

She can't beat beat McCain if she can't beat Obama in the primary based on the numbers. If she got the nod from the Super delegates there will be such a backlash from the African-American community the whole Democrat party will be toast.

I dislike McCain, but I agree with his campaign this time. There’s not much thing they can do at this moment, since other people already have brought up and discussed ‘Pastor’ Wright. For now, it’s better that he takes the ‘high road’ and stay away from the Dim’s chaos. Eventually, though, they should throw a ball too, not simply expecting other people to do the job for them.

It’s just like four years ago. Bush wouldn’t play Swift Boat. It’s up to us to expose B. Hussein nObama (and Hillary for that matter).

How did we end up without a choice for conservatives? I am concerned about this election.

Absolutely astute.

I had forgotten all about that.

Like W, I can foresee McPain "condemning" anyone who dares attack B.O. OR Hitlery even it is based on accurate germane assumptions.

Bush-lite as far as I'm concerned.

Though I hate the thought of the Dhummies regaining the White House and B.O. is slipping, I am not all that encouraged that Juan has gonads to take the fight to either one.

To no effect whatsoever. Bush won 40 states and the popular vote by more than seven million votes.

McCain is smart to stay above the fray for as long as possible. Now is the time for to allow Hillary to demolish or at least tarnish Obama. That is why it was important to keep Hillary in the race.

Besides...the kind of attack this guy created is much better put forth by a 527 or another group not directly connected to McCain's campaign.
