Asset Mgr sure KMT will win Taiwan election on Sat

Article written on 20th about an asset mgr investing in Taiwan because he is sure KMT candidate Ma will merge Taiwan's market with China.

US asset manager claims (along with some other business types) that Ma (the KMT candidate) will win the presidential election on Saturday against the DPP candidate (Frank Hsieh). The polls quoted in the article are from March 12th, which showed a handy victory by Ma (btw, he was born in HK, but came to Taiwan just over 30 years ago and became the leader of the KMT just recently). Most DPP hacks I've met here (I got here on the 14th) agree that they had no hope last week. However, much has changed and polls are no showing the election to be even (DPP suffers from same press bias in Taiwan as Republicans do in US). Here's what changed everything:

Ma promised one job market with China
Ma promised one trade market with China
DPP organized over a million people in a giant election chain across the whole island, basically lining up people single file for a couple hundred clicks. This required a lot of buses to get people to thinly populated or hostile areas.
China decides to kill a couple hundred of Tibetans
Ma refuses to condemn China for the above
Ma lies about his active US green card (claiming he personally destroyed it, instead of bringing it the consulate for cancellation)
