I am still not sure exactly what “the message” is - beyond left-wing economic policies and some sort of imagined “healing” of exaggerated or non-existent problems.

There is a thought prevalent in left-circles reflecting puzzlement over the fact that many lower middle class and middle class whites don't automatically vote for Dems. According to these "experts" the Dem Party is the party that supports their economic interests.

Disregard the fact that those middle class people vote for a host of issues other than economic ones. Obviously libs can't understand why those people reject socialist economic policies which would fleece the upper classes and hand their money over to the middle and lower (economics-wise) classes.

What is lost on these geniuses is that maybe those people don't like socialist handouts. Maybe they prefer to work for a living rather than relying on big government. I have to laugh at lib "experts" consternation for many less-than-rich Americans refusal to support socialism.
