Ha! Why not post that article

Unlike Billy-Goat Clinton, Patterson doesn't have to resort to raping women.

Sources later identified her as Lila Kirton, 49, whom Spitzer brought over from his attorney general's staff when he became governor last year. She is now community affairs director for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs...

You know, I like a smart@ssed comment as much as the next guy, but I don't accept charity.

Is it the office of NY governor that has some special influence on the office holder’s ability to keep his pants on?

IT appears that in order to be elected or to serve as governor one of the essentials is to be a sex-starved maniac, much like Wolf-Man Look alike Patterson.

The Speaker of the NY House could take over as governor, but he'd have to have a very sordid background....which should be easy.

Not only Livingston, but Gingrich, Hyde, Vitter. No one has cornered the market on this.

Well, he is a politician. There’s also some suggestion that it was a trade; furthermore, somebody he slept with a couple of times hardly counts as an ex anything. Sorry, but if he used his political influence to get her a job, which he obviously did, in exchange for sex, it’s not okay.

I don’t care that he had an affair (I wouldn’t vote for him, but it’s not a crime).

But if he helped a woman get a job, and he was sleeping with her, then THAT is a crime, and he should be run out of office.

Of course, Lewinsky got free jobs for giving free jobs. And nobody ran HER boss out of his job.

Please, most people if an ex girlfriend shows up asking for help to get a job, most people are going to do it. I’ve helped people I only dated for short times and meant only a few rolls in the hay, and if they showed up and asked for a little help with a job, then I’d do it. Not as repayment for sex, but because they are someone I know and they need a job.

Now if the person is unqualified for a job, fine... but we do at times hold politicians to standards that are absolutely absurd.

If the guy traded a job for sex, fine.. but the story of some woman you slept with in the past showing up and asking for help getting a job she’s qualified for and you put in a good word, or make sure her resume gets to the right people? That’s hardly some massive evidence of corruption.

Any politican that won’t be faithful to his wife won’t be faithful to the public, either.

community affairs director

Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.

The Dems have codified "affairs" into the very structure of state gov't!

Today we're reading about his using campaign funds to pay for hotel trysts with his lovers. They were claimed as "constituent services"....LOL!

But my favorite is the time he called it "professional services"...now that would be more like Spitzer! What a bunch of a**-hats.
