Thank you.. actually it was not too cold.. in low 40s or high 30s.. now depending on where you live this is cold or warm.

for NE Ohio it is pretty warm for this time of year. About a week ago we were out in almost 2 feet of fallen snow -with higher drifts - & the wind chill was 20 below zero.. (yes, still walked the dogs..just bundled up)

I am supposed to be leaving for Bible study in a few minutes but it is snowing like crazy & just looked at the radar & it is really socked over us.

Think I will pass as my van just is old & unreliable. I actually have a break from my regular one (We just finished Genesis & will start Exodus next week). Our Christian group will be doing the study with the local jewish group... should be great.

I was going to one of our “Mo group” dinner & Bible studies tonight. Our church is called Momentum Christian & the small groups that meet (about 10 groups) at various homes Tues - Thurs are called “Mo Groups”. There is dinner, a game & bible study.. child care provided..

Well, guess I will round up my own food & just stay safe & warm

That sounds like a good idea. Stay safe and warm, especially if the van is acting up.

We are pretty warm in comparison here. I think it is in the upper 50's. We are getting rain now, which we could use because of the drought that we had in GA. We could do without the tornados for a while though. Atlanta will be rebuilding for quite some time.

I wish I could find a good bible study group. Of course, we would actually have to decide on which church we want to go to. We have been frequenting two different Baptist churches, but are not really baptist. We moved here not long ago and are still hunting a good church where we will fit in.

I would need the child care though. I have a 2 year old and 6 year old. They keep me running. I am going to start homeschooling my son (6 yo) next year. I had planned to do that from the start, but the 2 year old came along when he was starting Kindergarden and I had my hands full just feeding, changing, rocking and sleeping. Now she is a little more self sufficient.

I plan to start her on the 2 and 3 year old preK stuff. Wish me luck.
