I believe it was 'When do we get liberated?' who "Just saw some Obama vids on youtube." and reported seeing the negative comments.
The explanation is simply that there is more than one copy of Obama's speech on YouTube.
The video posted by the the pro-Obama camp(BarackObamadotcom),
which is the one you were looking at, is screening out the negative comments.
