Blair was the one that got Schwarzenegger fully on board (and later Crist in Fl) before passing his “global warming solutions act” that allows for cap and trade. Since McCain wrote this policy-oriented op-ed that affirmed his views on global warming, I thought it might interest ya and the AGW list.
