Why is his attorney not willing to represent him on a contingency basis. This is very telling.

It may be that his legal bills total $80K, but the case in being done on a contingency basis. In that case, he has had no out of pocket expenses, but if he collects, the attorney gets his legal fees first.

I agree that this seems very telling, and my BS meter is getting a noticable reading. But then again, I don't trust reporters to get the story straight. I think it may be somewhat garbled.
