This Administration has been the worst in my 64-year old history in using PR to their advantage.
They do not understand the word "proactive," ONLY "reactive."
Small wonder that W's numbers are so low and the majority is turning against the war.
So true. Especially during the second term, their PR has become absolutely pathetic. There are many ways to get around a media committed to oppose you. They did a good job for about three years. 2004 was so-so, and 2005-2008 have been just terrible.
I don't get it, because facts like this are just not that hard to get out given today's internet and alternative media. Reagan did a great job of this w/o the benefit of today's more diverse media.

This Administration has been totally incompetent in fighting the PR war against the media. He should have been pounding details like this list from DAY 1.
Naked stupidity... and it comes from the fact that this administration is totally out of touch with the average American. Congress is as well.
