I smell carbon credits. Me, too. Tony Blair helped Arnold before launch his "Global Warming Solutions Act" in California and later, similar legislation with Crist in Florida. Now they are getting ready to take it nationwide with McCain. The mantra is very much the same ("good for the economy"... "green technologies"...). The Rothschild clan also had meetings with Arnie (and his buddy Warren Buffett) before being elected.
