I would never be so arrogant as to think I could be on the same level as Ann - she just keeps knockin’ ‘em out, and it’s wondnerful - but I recall a boyfriend I had many years ago who constantly reminded me “you don’t have any patience with stupid people.” I never understood why I should.

Exactly! While some pass off stupidity as 'what do you expect, they're a lib' or even worse, 'what a dumb statement but I have to respect them for HOW they spoke' - they think Ann should remake herself, to tone down. When I hear or read it, I know I just encounter a victim of the dumbing down of America and they've been vaccinated with PC. They have an uppity attitude - I could never be so mean. Duh! And they could never ever be as brilliant as her - it's no wonder they want to remake her, they just don't 'get it'.

Ann is pro pro pro USA! And tells it LIKE IT IS. IMO, that is very rare these days - almost non existent. She has more backbone that all the elected officials combined. Yet, some make asinine comments like, 'she's too thin'. Truly, an imbecilic statement by those who couldn't fight their way out of their buttered popcorn bag.
