But stuff like this makes me fear for the general election if it’s Obama/McCain: the Dems will be yelling racism from the word go; the Civil War and civil rights era will be brought up daily for no good reason, and so far McCain has just shown himself to be a gentlemanly wimp. What choice does he have? Oh, I know - pay your personal reparations and then declare it to be an even playing field? In his dreams.

...the Dems will be yelling racism from the word go..frankly I think the next six weeks are going to provide McCain with about fifty million dollars worth of free campaign ads as Obama and Hillary pull each other apart for everybody to see - my daughter came home from the gym tonight and said she had overheard a couple of women commenting "I'd never vote for him after hearing that stuff - I'll have to find out more about her" - as my daughter said "I hope they have something as good as Rev Wright to pull on Hillary".......
