That reminds me of a time when I was about 8 years old. A local bakery for a bread megaconglomerate (who tauted its bread was allowed to "rise overnight") had an unwelcome guest fall into a pan of dough.

The more the rodent struggled, deeper it fell into the dough. Then it was time for the oven. And of course, the slicer.

Wrapped and delivered to a local store, to be taken home and unwrapped. Of course it took a half a dozen or more slices of the bread until the first protein-enhanced slice was discovered.

LOL .... they should charge for the extra protein. ;)
