No Plans for (Pastor) Wright to step Down
MSNBC ^ | 3/14/08 | Mark Chudsperth

The Obama campaign says they have no plans to ask the Rev. Jeremiah Wright to step down from a campaign spiritual advisory committee. They're stressing that this committee -- the African American Religious Leadership Committee -- was a laundry list of people associated with the campaign and didn't really do anything. The group never actually met.

They say Wright has no formal role on the campaign (unlike some others on this committe who do have a formal role in faith-based outreach). They say he was included mostly out of respect to his long relationship with Obama.

Aides say he was not present during the Christmas 2007 sermon or the post-Sept. 11 sermon. They weren't sure about some of the others in question, are not sure when the last time the two spoke, and they stressed they don't speak frequently.

Too bad all this wasn’t held until AFTER Oboma won the nomination.

If this had been withheld until after the nomination, it would have been blamed on McCain and the GOP. It is much much better to sow disunity in the Demon ranks now, rather than wait until there are only a few months to educate the public. This way, it is clear that the white Demons are crushing the Black ones. They can never completely pull together after this.

I can't wait for the SNL skit satirizing Wright tomorrow night.

Oh, boy, is this great...

Then there should be no plans for Hussein to become president.

My all time favorite movie.

When I get email, I my laptop automatically runs the Kevan Bacon's great quote, linked here:

It always brings me a smile.

This stuff has only started with him. Obama's statement only "raises more questions" than in answers, to use the standard drive-by mantra. And while this won't get as much coverage as if a Republican did something similar, there are still in America large numbers of whites who WANT to vote for an adult black man or woman, but who are scared to death that such a vote will give them a Jeremiah Wright "hate-honkies" movement.

It WILL cost him a lot of votes. Maybe quietly, but there has already been a price attached to these comments.
