A trillion here, a trillion there, pretty soon you’re talking about real money.
You think that is funny, and it is in a way, but back in the '60s, I don't remember who the congressman was, a house rep was reading off the costs of certain programs. When a Republican asked him to break down the costs specifically, the dem got red in the face and shouted "What? Do you want me to account for every little billion?"
To them it is just numbers unless we are talking about their personal money.
