I always wondered who was charging for these carbon credits and what they were doing with that money.Diamond is carbon. They could buy up a lot of diamonds and stash those "carbon credits" in a vault somewhere. Good hedge against inflation as the economy collapses due to GW "remedies."

I'm not a lawyer. But it seems to me a stockholder of a corporation could sue said corporation for wasting money buying carbon credits.
I'll bet yea a dime to a donut there is an Enron type scam going on some place.
