I think it's safe to say that Ashley (or whatever the hell her name is) is embracing her new found fame. High paid prostitutes are narcissistic so I'm sure she's going to milk her 15 minutes for everything she can: money, adoration from men, t.v. interviews, book deals, etc.

She is only 22; barely of age to begin taking stock of what drove her there and how to get out of it. Best case, money could potentially buy her some privacy and the therapy she needs to heal those things inside her. Women don't do this to themselves without terrible conditions to begin with. That said, it's no excuse for a life of crime.
