Technically, yes. But a google of the name “Kristin Lodge-Miller” reveals what happens when an angry black man shoots an innocent white woman in Chapel Hill.

We’ll be lucky to get those guys in jail for 2nd degree murder.

We had a case down the river about 10 years ago. A terminally ill White woman was beaten and died of her injuries. Their defense was that the woman's 3 yr old son had provoked them beyond reason by supposedly uttering the dreaded "n word" that he heard them using.

The lesser perps got about a year and the "big man" pled to voluntary manslaughter and got 5 yrs. The prosecutor said that she was dying anyway so no big deal

In another case 14 month old Ryan Hacke was shot in the head in his Mother's car while the perp, out on bond for a home invasion and rape, was supposedly shooting at rival gang members. The jury bought the act and convicted him of involuntary manslaughter. He got 7 yrs.

Pittsburgh PA is a mecca for black on White violence yet you are called a racist if you notice.

I just googled her and found “the charges were reduced to second degree murder. Why? Because the killer was provoked by his victim’s attempt to defend herself.”

First he assaulted her. She pepper-sprayed him in defense and then he shot her 5 times. Unbelievable!
