Now anybody can see how shrewd Rush was to want to keep the Hillary candidacy going. The longer the Demonrat civil war goes on, the deeper the resentments between their constituent groups, the more campaign dollars they waste (which could otherwise be spent in the general election), etc. Any commander knows that divide and conquer is a great strategy.

RUSH: Operation Chaos working: "Democrat Senator Barack Obama assailed as slice-and-dice politics, Geraldine Ferraro's assertion that he wouldn't be where he is in the presidential race if he weren't black. On the Today Show today, Obama said, 'Part of what I think Ferraro is doing -- I respect the fact that she was a trailblazer -- is to participate in the kind of slice-and-dice politics that's about race and about gender and about this and about that, and that's what Americans are tired of because they recognize that when we divide ourselves in that way we can't have hope and solve problems." So Obama wants her thrown under the bus. Obama wants the Clintons to throw Ferraro under the bus.

Clinton did say she didn't like the comments, but Ferraro is still there defending herself. Note: All of the race, all the gender comments are on the Democrat side in this race. The Uncivil War has been going on a long time, and I don't think... You know, Ferraro may have gone out there as an independent contractor and made these comments, but we've known for a long time that the Clintons and their quest for power -- the kind that Spitzer just had to give up -- they'll do anything to get it, folks. They'll put up with any humiliation, they'll do whatever it takes to get it. They can't say as much themselves, but if they can send surrogates out to plant these seeds? (cont.)
