Not at all. They’re industry associations who work (via their lobbyists) through specific Congressional committees and specific Congressional staffers in order to further their individual interests, which in this example is “immigration” (cheap labor).
The process and reality of it is so utterly simple that I don’t understand why you’d need the Bilderburgers or CFR or anyone else to explain even a single facet of it.
