I just don't like hosts, radio or otherwise, who give callers all of 5 seconds before jumping in. It must be a difficult balance for radio and TV hosts. They've got to be more talkative than the average person or there's no show. But the good ones also know when to shut up.

Another person who makes me crazy is Charlie Rose. He's a lousy interviewer, and he never fails to interrupt his guests at the worst moment.

Charlie always takes 5 or 10 minutes to ask a question too. If he wants to natter on and on, why even have guests?
