She is far from clueless about female sexuality. Read her "Husbands" and "Marriage" books. Most men will do anything their wives want sexually, but she does point out that women should not expect men to read their minds. Women need to open their mouths and ask for what they want. Most men want to know what does and doesn't work.

She’s wrong....again, she wrote it for men to feel good and point the finger at their wives, not for women to have a satisfying sex life.
