No, Michael, it’s to Silda’s credit she stood by, it does not mean she won’t dump him, but assuming she was shocked and startled and had to make a split decision what to do as the press was getting cameras ready, she kept in mind she has 3 daughters going to be affected, and decided to not do anything overly dramatic at the time. We will see, she has her options open now, she did not rush to a rash decision, she left it to Spitzer’s constituents to pass judgment. Women tend to first react by wanting family unity, especially if children are involved, but as details come out, she may dump him, let’s give her benefit of the doubt, she acted with class.

I have to disagree with you on this one. I think her standing there at his side at the press conference, gives the appearance of forgiveness for his actions. I think she should have been “in seclusion” while weighing her options (staying with el scumbag should not be one of the options!)
