I think the biggest telling factor here is race. The facts don’t lie. 20% of whites and Hispanics (which is still too high, but at least it means 80% are clean) — compared to a 50-50 split for blacks. Their culture is in the gutter if you ask me. That’s not a racist statement, just an observation, because the numbers do not lie.

Just think about what has been done to the black culture over the past 50 years. The “help” that the left has provided for the black family has ensured that men are irrelevant to the black family. And illegitimate baby-making is no longer stigmatized. Ultimately, the left has done a more effective job at destroying blacks than any KKK member could have dreamed of.

And the left is trying to spread the help to the white & Hispanic cultures too.

As another reply stated, the Left's preying upon the ethnic group to 'help' them is likely the bigger reason than anything to do with internal culture - Planned Parenthood has targeted black neighborhoods since the beginning.
