The video does not show the warning sign a mile away, as the officer alleged. It would have been difficult to slow down in sufficient time if (1) the sign was not there or (2) the driver entered the highway after the first sign was posted. My argument is with the stupidity of the law the officer was enforcing and not necessarily the officer as such.
