GOV NAILED IN HOOKER SHOCK

March 11, 2008 -- Gov. Spitzer, who crafted a national reputation as a crusader against corruption, was exposed yesterday as the penny-pinching client of a $1,000-an-hour hooker.

The bombshell allegations against Spitzer - referred to as Client-9 in an explosive criminal complaint against the operators of the prostitute's ring - triggered a series of fast-moving events from Albany to Wall Street to Capitol Hill.

The news this morning on Fox said there is a lot more in the criminal complaint than has been leaked so far.

Spitzer is trying to negotiate so he doesn't get indicted or charged with anything, and using his resignation as his only bargaining chip. They guy used to be a Prosecutor, so he is peddling as fast as he can right now.

But, the NY Legislature can draw up Articles of Impeachment if he refuses to go.

Now - here is where it gets interesting. Can you imagine, a long drawn out Impeachment fight this spring, summer, and fall?

In this election year!?

LOL! The Dims will go nuts. This could have implications to every election race - and the Dims will figure that out shortly.

Pierro was just on F&FR, how ironic that he was nailed on anti terrorism law to track people trying to avoid the 10K bank withdraws. Instead he took out smaller amounts numerous times from shell accounts.

I suspect the IRS will be asking for an audit from Mr Spitzer.
