How come politicians wife don’t do that. Are they too accustomed to the evil?
If you were the type of woman who wouldn't "stand by your man" then in all likelihood you would never have even had a chance to be his wife.
The women who "travel" and marry in those circles know what is expected of them and one thing for certain is to be able to "grin and bear it", in public at least. That is part of the territory they accept when they want to climb to the top of the mountain.
