Mark Zuckerberg, watch your back. Sergey and Larry? Consider early retirement.
The next generation is coming up fast, and they aren't waiting for you Web 2.0 geezers to step aside. Here are 10 serious overachievers--20 years old or younger--with more ambition, energy, tech smarts, and business savvy than you'll find in most entire high-tech companies, let alone most adults.
Like various graying legends of the PC revolution (Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Michael Dell), these ten didn't wait until they were of age before starting their meteoric careers. Some are already millionaires; others seem destined to achieve greatness in other ways.

I count 9 future republicans.
Yeah, this guy needs to get straightened out.
showing this to my kids
Uh oh... I’ll be stressed out if my parent shows me such list... LOL :-)
Great post - bump.
I’m not too impressed by most of these kids. They are entrepreneurial yes, but I count only one of them (the iPhone hacker) as a whiz kid.
I hope you're just being sarcastic, or that you really did invent the Internet when you were way younger, otherwise your denigration of these young entrepreneurs comes across as petty jealousy.
You've got to give these young CEO's their props! Each and everyone has broken out of the mold with good ideas and faith in their ability to change the world for their betterment. They have pushed past intransigence, disbelief, critics, obstacles, and achieved acclaim in a competitive world. Their stories are inspiring because they are the living embodiment of the American Dream. With little in starting resources but their brains and determination these young role models of capitalism have proved that America still is the land of opportunity and that through the Internet that opportunity is now available almost world wide. I'm proud to live in the same generation with young and motivated people like these ten who are living their dreams and serve none but their own ambition and conscience. If all people were as hardworking as these people we wouldn't need government handout programs.

But you are right, these kids are inspiring little capitalists. Hopefully they will encourage more of their generation to be the same way.
