“former Signal worker Sabulal Vijayan “
But I thought Nagin was a Vijayan friendly mayor . . . wait, that was another VJ type thing wasn’t it.

My point was, and I obviously didn't make it, was that now they make a point of saying subcontractor of... And, for the record, this has not been widely published, nor spread around the local stations. I just found it highly suspect that Northrop G would be mentioned now of all times.

We paid $15,000 to $20,000 to come here because we were promised green cards and permanent residency, Horseshit!
If they had that kind of money in one piece, they would have stayed where they were able to accumulate it, and not spend it to get a temporary job where they would never be able to get that much money together again.
Get back on the boat and go home.
You smell bad.

heard that these workers had lied on their skills applications and that Signal had arranged to remove them (after finding out they could not perform pipe-fitting and welding adequately) and then they started this whole immigration exploitation thing.I missed that, but that clears the air even more.
BTW, who did the "promising" of green cards, etc.?

Yup, Apu, the hard-working shop-owner who works at his store 24x7. Might be a good example....

Cute comeback - and it only took you ten weeks to sound out the words...
