Judge Sol Wachtler, the former Chief Judge of New York State, was quoted as saying that a prosecutor could persuade a grand jury to “indict a ham sandwich.”
But he didn’t say it was easy to get a RAT-infested grand jury to indict a RAT governor.
OTOH, who knows, maybe the grand jury didn’t like him because of the illegal drivers license thing.
