Even though I favor the legalization of prostitution, this guy has to resign. You cannot stay in office when you prosecuted people for something you’re getting away with.

It isn't the prostitution that needs to take Spitzer down, it's the abuse of power while using the system in promoting it that requires him to take a long walk on a short dock.
Very sordid stories coming out.....even worse than one could imagine. Guy is a slimeball.
Broke several laws---as a lawmaker, a lawyer, and a former prosecutor---this is inexcusable.
