Is he going to resign effective immediately, or is it one of those “I’m announcing that I am going to resign, effective next year” kind of things, like McGreevey in New Jersey?

Resignation would be part of his plea agreement, per Foxs news. They say he is a smart prosecutor and would not give it up before it was part of a deal.

Looks like the reports are conflicting...Fox reports he DID resign.......another says he didn’t. I am confused.
