Because that’s what the ATM camera captured. Doctoring a digital image and embedding an “H” doesn’t make it so (and is easy to do), it’s falsifying evidence. Let the perp hang on the facts.

If you had taken the time to read the story, you would have realized the colorized photo isn’t “evidence.” Get over yourself, and read the story before you type more foolish incriminations.

The colorized picture was not designed to serve as evidence. There's nothing there that isn't in the B&W photo.
No evidence has been doctored.
Your friend will ride the gurney in any case however.

...it’s falsifying evidence... It's not evidence, any more than an artists conception of the suspect is considered evidence, since they don't even have a suspect yet!
