Maybe. Maybe not. That may be face paint. Who wears a batting helmet under a hood? He’s hiding.

Who wears a batting helmet under a hood?

It's not a batting helmet.

The current fashion trends in the inner city include wearing a brand new baseball cap one full size too large for one's head, with the visor completely unbent and flat to preserve the look of newness. Most wear it with the MLB hologram sticker still on the visor.

Another fashion trend is the oversized, zip-up front hooded sweatshirt.

An oversized hood over an oversized baseball cap is de rigueur in many neighborhoods.

The arm's the same color as the face. Besides, the colorized picture is designed simply to help you and I identify this guy if we should see him and call the cops to go pick him up.

I'd be surprised if he didn't have a sort of a tan given his other facial features.

I guess my post was unclear. What I meant was that we’re not ALLOWED to state that the perp is black. That’s RACIST!!

Facial features leave no doubt that he is.

I hope he spends the rest of his sorry life in solitary in a 5x7 cell. Worthless vermin that took the life of a beautiful, talented young lady.
