Yes, and it has always made me mad, even as a kid when my Dad had retired and people were so derogatory about VN vets. My Dad wasn't a drunk or a psycho. He was (and is) a good man who did his service to his country, raised 4 kids and lived a productive life. But, that doesn't matter to those who don't mind lying to further their political agendas....

I know quite a few Vets from WWII through today. Not a one has had any trouble with the law or any other BS.

There was a story a couple of years ago about a Vet who ambushed police out in CA. His family said that poor Andres Raya was never the same after the war. Turns out his only combat was video games.
