Okay, folks, listen up.

This is what I do since I don’t have a garbage disposal here in the R of Panama although they do exist and would buy one if I really wanted one.

Other than bones, I flush all scraps down the toilet to include leftover pet food.

Voilà!!!

LOL. Best answer on this thread! Smart choice on not flushing the bones - they can clog things up.

Oh…I forgot.

And as far as grease is concerned, I don’t do any deep-frying. But should there be a little grease left after cooking, I add water and soap to the pan and heat it up. I let it stand a while to cool then carefully pour it down the sink.

I have never had a problem.

If it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down.
