Ummmmm, I wouldn't let them in my house. I doubt anyone else would either. Maybe they can turn plumbers into "snitches"? The local gov't could even pay them a finder's fee...say $1,000? Maybe the local gov't could pass a law forcing homeowners to allow inspectors into their homes? My, doesn't that sound like a friendly city to want to move to?
