We are close to getting into some deep do do, if the demorats take over. As you can ably surmise, what's the difference in starting troop withdraws immediately or waiting sixty days.
Maliki, assuming he actually is for a united Iraq not just controlled by the Shiite had better get his ass in high gear and start reasoning with all the various divides in their parliment to do some serious getting together.
Soon they shall have to give solid evidence Iraq will only get better from any stretch of the imagineation, e.g. no excuse for any L/MSM to make it look like they are not worth staying in country for another year plus, or the demos just may take over next January. And of course McCain must somehow prove to a majority of American voters he is the best choice to make sure we can leave the mid east at a best calculated time. There are to many real idiots who go to the voting polls that have not the slightest clue as to what it would take to withdraw all our forces, only to restart from scratch should the mid east go bonzai.
