The Discovery channel’s “Unsolved History” series had an episode on the July 20th plot.
There was also a very bad TV movie where Brad Davis played Stauffenberg. “The Plot To Kill Hitler” can be bought from Amazon here:

You can hear the radio broadcast Hitler himself made the night of July 20th to the German people here:

Back in 1971 CBS aired a series of shows about important events made by David Wolper called “Appointment With Destiny.” The events were re-enacted but shown as they would have been done if live TV were available then because reporters would ask event participants questions and do mini “on the scene” interviews.
One of the many good episodes was called “The Plot To Murder Hitler”. Its not out yet on DVD, but the whole series, (including episodes about Dillinger, the OK Corral, Jesus’ crucifxion, Montezuma and Cortez), will be out shortly...or so they say.
A good German movie called “Stauffenberg” was made in 2004 and is available on DVD.
Finally, a current big movie is slated for release this fall by United Artists called “Valkyrie”. Tom Cruise plays Stauffenberg.
The film’s homepage trailer is good:

Hmm. a 1971 date is interesting. It would have been that or earlier.
