Oh come on....a loud blare from a horn, some shouting or something.....waving of arms...
...well hey...you can buy that nonsense. Folks’ common sense and intelligence does vary.
Loud horn at a golfing event? Sorry, but I would believe that those would be controlled.
And most of the “common birds” don’t respond to waving arms or yells. Ever tried scaring away a flock of pigeons or crows with just noise? You have to be on top of them before they leave. (And the hawk was in a tree).
