As I believe in Reagan's trickle down effect for a prosperous economy and I too believe it works in reverse too. Americans, especially the middle class, are pulling back hard. Retail in shrinking, period. No need to comment on housing. The only thing growing at this time is government, the cost of food and energy.

Layoffs, nationwide, in half the business sectors are coming by early summer.
