Hmm, so if Boeing moves 40% of their plant and workforce to Mexico next month...we can all be gleeful that 60% is still builit in America?

No we shouldn't but Boeing also shouldn't try to rip the Government off. The 60% being built in America is about the same number of jobs as Boeing would have hired for 100% American. Boeing never hires enough people and is always at least 3 years behind on every Government contract. Boeing is acting just like American car makers,”buy us even though we're overpriced, under-quality but American and late”. In America we have a free market system and if Boeing wants to compete then they have to make a better product and smarter bids.

Boeing already outsources outside the country. They did it with the 787, too.
